Dr. Rey-Sheng Her is currently Adjunct Associate Professor of Tzu Chi University and TCUST, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Buddhist Tzu Chi Charity Founda-tion, Associate Scholar of Harvard FAS CAMLab, and convener of the Tzu Chi Academic Committee, He was also a visiting fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, Columbia University, University of Oxford and University of Cambridge in 2018 and 2020.
